Laura & I were talking photos in Uptown today. We were working on a project looking at the general area north of the new Pens arena. Here are a few character shots we took...
Gazing up from 5th Ave., Laura zeroed in on the old Byzantine church up on the Hill (a habit of her's I've discovered - must be in her blood or something). This tiny church is perched up above the Mellon Arena and in true Pittsburgh fashion there are about 50 steps up to the door. "For sale" sign in the yard - amazingly even has some stained glass intact.
